Monthly Account Statements

A complete guide to understanding your BitOasis monthly statements

BitOasis now sends out monthly account statements to help you stay on top of your activity and balances. Here is everything you need to know to understand your statements.

What You Will Receive

Each month, you will receive two emails from BitOasis:

Monthly Fiat StatementSummary of all fiat wallet activity and balances.
Crypto Fiat StatementSummary of all crypto wallet activity and balances.

Both statements cover the previous month's activity from the 1st to the 30th or 31st.

Important Information

Statements Reflect Past Balances

The statements show your balance at the end of last month, not your current balance. For example, if you have 1,000 AED today but your statement shows 500 AED, it means your balance was 500 AED on the last day of that month.

Time is Shown in UTC

All dates and times in your statements are based on UTC, not your local time zone. Please take this into account when reviewing your transaction history.

When Will You Receive a Statement?

You will receive a statement if either of the following applies:

You made at least one transaction (buy, sell, deposit, or withdrawal) during the month.
You had a balance in your wallet at the end of the month — even if you did not make any transactions.

Your Statement is Password Protected

For your security, each statement is locked with a password. The password instructions are included in the same email as the statement.

Note: The password is based on the phone number linked to your account at the end of the month. If you change your phone number later, the next statement will use the new number.

What Is Included in the Statement?

Only completed transactions during the month will appear. Transactions are recorded by their completion time, not when they were initiated.

Example: If you made a withdrawal on April 30 at 8:00 PM but it completed on May 1 at 8:00 AM, it will appear in your May statement, not April.

File Formats

You will receive each statement in both PDF and CSV formats, so you can view or download it easily for your records.
