What you need to know before making a deposit on BitOasis

⚠️ Important: To ensure the safety of your funds, always use the supported network for each cryptocurrency when depositing. Transactions on unsupported networks may lead to the permanent loss of your assets.

The following networks are currently not supported on BitOasis. Do not send funds using any of these networks:

If you accidentally transfer funds using an unsupported network, please be aware of the following:

Recovery May Be Possible

Under certain conditions, recovery of funds may be available. Please note that applicable fees may apply to the recovery process.

In some cases, recovery is not possible and the funds may be permanently lost. Always double-check the network before initiating any transfer.

✅ How to Verify the Correct Network

Always verify your supported deposit network before sending funds. Follow these steps:

Go to your Wallet

Log in to your BitOasis account and navigate to the Wallet section.

Click "Get [Token]" then "Receive [Token]"

Find the cryptocurrency you want to receive and select Get, then choose Receive from the dropdown as shown in the screenshot above.

Confirm the Network Shown

Use only the network displayed on the receiving page. Never manually override or select a different network on the sending platform.

You can access your wallet directly at: BitOasis Wallet → Receive (Token Name). When in doubt, contact our support team before initiating any transfer.

BitOasis is not responsible for funds lost due to transfers made on unsupported networks. Always verify the network before sending.
