Understanding Your PnL Analysis
1. Daily PnL
What it is: A day-to-day snapshot of your Pro portfolio's performance.
How it works:
- Compares your current wallet balance with the balance at the end of the previous day (12:00 AM UTC).
- Helps you identify how and why your portfolio's value has changed — especially useful when closing positions daily.
2. Today's PnL
What it is: A real-time measure of your portfolio's performance today.
How it works:
- Similar to Daily PnL but uses your live portfolio value instead of the end-of-day value.
- Provides an up-to-the-minute view of your financial standing throughout the trading day.
3. Cumulative PnL
What it is: A comprehensive, long-term view of your wallet's overall performance.
How it works:
- Sums up all your Daily PnLs over time into one total figure.
- Reflects the total outcome of your trading activities — including every buy and sell action.
- Helps you track your long-term trading trajectory and overall success.
Realized vs. Unrealized PnL
| Realized PnL | Unrealized PnL |
|---|
| Reflects the actual gains or losses you've locked in from completed buy or sell transactions within a specific day. | Represents the difference between your current asset value and the average cost of assets currently held in your crypto wallet. |
⚠️ Key Notes
- PnL data is exclusive to BitOasis Pro — it is not available on Lite.
- Trades made on Lite and cryptocurrency deposits not managed on Pro are excluded from this analysis.
