Request to Update Your Residential Address

Keep your account information accurate and up to date

If you have moved to a new residence and need to update your address in our system, follow the steps below and our support team will assist you.

Steps to Request an Address Change

From the Dashboard, click on Settings.

Select General Settings from the menu.

In the Information section, locate your current residential address and click Request a Change to proceed.

You will be redirected to our Support Page. Submit a new support ticket and make sure to select the following category:

Required Details for Your Ticket

To ensure a smooth update process, please include the following information in your support ticket:

Street Name and Building Number
City
Postal Code
Country
Area
Proof of Address Document (e.g. DEWA, SEWA, or FEWA bill, or Tenancy Contract)

Processing Time

Once your request is submitted, a member of our support team will contact you to assist further. Residential address updates may take up to 48 working hours to be completed.
