Steps to Update Your Registered Phone Number
Two ways to update your phone number on your BitOasis account
Keeping your contact information up to date is essential for a smooth experience on our platform. If you need to change your registered phone number, you can do so using either of the two methods below.

Submit a Support Ticket
| Go to the Phone Number Change category in our support ticket system. |
| Fill in the required details and a member of our support team will assist you with the update. |

Request a Change via Dashboard
| Log in to your account and click on Settings. |
| Select General Settings. |
| Under the Information section, locate your registered phone number and click Request a Change. |
| You will be redirected to our support page to submit a new ticket. |
Processing Time
Please ensure all required details are provided when submitting your request. Once submitted, your mobile number update will be processed within 48 working hours. Our support team will contact you if any additional information is required.
